To proceed with your application, we require the following:

Required Documents

• Original fingerprint form, which can be obtained in one of the following ways:
  • Visit one of our offices in Cape Town CBD, Sandton (Johannesburg), or Pretoria. Fingerprinting is available by appointment only.
  • Have your fingerprints taken at your nearest South African Police Service (SAPS) station.
  • Visit any authorised fingerprint service provider or Commissioner of Oaths.
• A clear copy of your South African ID or passport (certification is not required).

Collection & Delivery

For your convenience, collection and delivery services can be arranged at an additional cost, depending on your location.

Please note that full payment is required before your application can be processed.
